Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure industry, preferably in utilities, site work, or public contracting.
• Strong knowledge of Florida’s construction regulations, permitting processes, and public bidding procedures.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel statewide as needed.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA safety training are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of infrastructure projects from planning and bidding to execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal crews to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues on-site for projects involving underground utilities, excavation, concrete structures, and civil works.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, change orders, and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with public agencies, vendors, and team members to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety protocols on all job sites.
