Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in design-build projects, preferably in public sector infrastructure.
• Proven track record in construction manager at risk (CMAR) and design-build delivery methods.
• Strong skills in project management software, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, take-charge environment with a commitment to excellence.
