The Field Superintendent/Onsite Project Manager is responsible for comprehensive site management from project inception to completion. This role involves understanding financial projections and budgets, and developing detailed project schedules with regular updates. The individual will assist in conflict resolution, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and oversee invoice review, coding, and tracking. They will coordinate and attend meetings to facilitate project milestones, maintain effective communication with subcontractors and internal teams to align schedules, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to budget constraints. This position demands strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to successfully deliver projects that meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Requirements
Foreman or Superintendent – Underground Utilities – 4 years (Required)
Driver’s License with clean driving record
Key Responsibilities
Complete Site Management from start of project to finish
Reviewing project bids and understanding projections and budgets
Building project schedules and providing updated look ahead schedules
Assisting in conflict resolution
Completing projects on time and within budget
Invoice reviewing and coding/tracking
Scheduling and attending meetings as needed to assure projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintaining communication with sub-contractors and our own workforce to schedule as needed to fit the project needs
Assuring client satisfaction and maintaining budgets
