Underground Utilities Project Manager

Andrew Sitework, LLC. is an underground utility and general contracting service. We specialize in providing utility infrastructure improvements to local and state governments in Southwest Florida. For the last 15 years, we have focused our attention on government contracts in the public market and have built a reputation of excellence in our industry. Our average contracts range in size from 2 million to 20 million with a total aggregate bonding ability of up to 100 million.

Complete Site Management from start of project to finish.

Reviewing project bids and understanding projections and budgets

Building project schedules and providing updated look ahead schedules

Assisting in conflict resolution

Completing projects on time and within budget

Invoice reviewing and coding/tracking

Scheduling and attending meetings as needed to assure projects are completed on time and within budget

Maintaining communication with sub-contractors and our own workforce to schedule as needed to fit the project needs

Assuring client satisfaction and maintaining budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Underground Utility Project Management: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
